If the gate is locked or inaccessible, the visit is skipped and still billed. We make sure access is confirmed before your first visit.
Light rain is no problem — we still come. Heavy rain or storms may result in a reschedule within 48 hours at no extra charge.
We require 7 days written notice to cancel. Same-week cancellations are still billed. Simple, no drama.
If your yard hasn't been cleaned in a while, a one-time initial cleanup fee ($50–$150) applies on the first visit. After that, you're on the regular rate.
